Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training

 

 

 

We have been working with NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire to help deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism to health and social care staff across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

We employ and support Co-Trainers with a learning disability to deliver the training. They work in training trios with a lead trainer and an Autistic Co-Trainer. This includes delivering online and face-to-face training.
